The next Kingdom Hearts game is getting a Tron: Legacy boost from straight from Flynn’s Arcade. Square-Enix has announced that the new level in Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] for the 3DS will feature The Grid, based on the 2010 film, Tron: Legacy.

The game focuses on the exploits of Riku and Sora. However, when they head into The Grid, the action is all Tron. They even get to ride on those cool Tron motorcycles. Although I can’t say I was a fan of the Tron sequel, I have to say that the 3D visuals were spectacular and should work really well on the 3DS.

In the first major deal of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, CBS Films has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to the Bradley Cooper drama The Words for $2 million, EW has confirmed. About a struggling writer who becomes a literary megastar after he passes off a lost manuscript as his own, the film also stars Zoe Saldana, Jeremy Irons, Olivia Wilde, and Dennis Quaid, and is the directorial debut for co-writers Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal. The deal includes an additional $1.5 million for print and advertising.

The Words is actually the closing night film for the festival, but it sparked a bidding war after a private screening on Saturday. CBS Films is eyeing a release this fall.

Olivia Wilde has ranked #23 on the AskMen.com annual poll of top 99 women for 2012!

How hot is Olivia Wilde? The former House star is so attractive that men want her, and women, well, want her, too. The brunette bombshell has made out with more actresses than we can count, and Megan Fox once openly campaigned to be next on that list. Wilde made $200-million worth of CGI eye candy pale in comparison to her skintight suit in Tron: Legacy, and the only thing we cared about in Cowboys & Aliens was whether she’d get more screen time. Now that’s hot.

Jason Sudeikis knows a good thing when he’s got one. A source at the “Saturday Night Live” after-party at Pranna Restaurant and Lounge last weekend tells us the funnyman was more than happy to show off his new lady, Olivia Wilde, to fellow partygoers, who included that week’s host Jimmy Fallon, surprise guest star Jude Law, John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Amy Poehler, Will Arnett and Lorne Michaels. Sudeikis and the 27-year-old actress grabbed food together and were “obviously very into each other,” says the source, who adds that photos of them were not permitted. Fallon, a “SNL” alum, also graciously bought shots for the show’s staff and interns.

Olivia Wilde has been romantically linked to frequent Saturday Night Live guest star Justin Timberlake, but now the In Time actress is dating a full-time cast member on the show: Jason Sudeikis!

A source tells the new Us Weekly — on stands Friday — that Wilde, 27, and Sudeikis, 36, haven’t been shy about their new romance. The SNL funnyman brought Wilde to the show’s afterparty at NYC’s Loi on Dec. 4. “They walked in holding hands,” says a source.

“She’s come to the [SNL] studio at Rockefeller Center, and they’ve gone out to dinner after rehearsals,” adds an insider.

Wilde, whose divorce with Tao Ruspoli was finalized in October, has also been romantically linked to Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling and Ryan Reynolds.

Sudeikis dated Mad Men’s January Jones for six months before the duo split in January 2011. He was previously married to actress and 30 Rock writer Kay Cannon.

Shekhar Kapur, who was recently in the capital for his alma mater Modern School’s annual day celebrations, spoke to TOI about his upcoming films – “Paani”, the musical, and the one that he wants to shoot after that. In fact, Kapur also met Hollywood actress Olivia Wilde recently to talk to her about the next movie. “Yes, I met her. I’m meeting a lot of people for the movie but it’s too soon to say anything. I will work on this movie after “Paani”.” As far as “Paani” goes, Kapur says it’s a daunting task ahead of him, “It’s a big film with a budget of USD 50 million. To get it all alone is not easy. I’m producing, directing and doing everything for this international film.” But as far as the cast and the name of Kristen Stewart goes, says Kapur, “You can keep chatting with people and discussing the story but till the time someone doesn’t say yes, it’s all conjecture.”

That was fast! Olivia Wilde has beaten out the likes of Judy Greer, Sarah Silverman, Jessica Biel and Michelle Monaghan to win the coveted female lead in magician comedy “Burt Wonderstone”, reports THR. She is now in negotiations to join a cast that includes Steve Carell, Jim Carrey, James Gandolfini and Steve Buscemi in the Don Scardino directed film.

Carell stars as the title character, a traditional Las Vegas magician who is left abandoned by longtime partner (Buscemi), is upstaged by a hip street magician played by Carrey and must rediscover his love of magic. Wilde will play Burt’s love interest, his former assistant who now works for Carrey’s charcter. Filming is scheduled to begin in January.

The hard working Wilde can currently be seen opposite Justin Timberlake in Andrew Niccol’s “In Time” and has wrapped Jennifer Garner’s ensemble comedy “Butter”, along with family dramas “Welcome to People” with Chris Pine and “Blackbird” with Eric Bana. She’s also scheduled to shoot “Better Living Through Chemistry” opposite Sam Rockwell this fall and recently landed another highly coveted female lead, opposite Chris Hemsworth in Ron Howard’s Formula One racing biopic “Rush.”

EDIT: Olivia Wilde has just tweeted that this is false!

Hey internet, I’m not the new Lara Croft. But I’ve seen about 23 drag queen impersonators tonight in new york so all is well!

“Tron Legacy” actress Olivia Wilde is stepping into the padded-bra previously adorned by Angelina Jolie in the “Tomb Raider” reboot, says french site Cinepop.

Wilde reportedly confirmed the casting in an interview with the site, adding that Mark Fergus (“First Snow”, writer of “Cowboys & Aliens”, which Wilde was in) is directing the flick. Fergus co-wrote the script with Hawk Ostby (“Iron Man”).

Wilde, who career has gone from strength-to-strength since playing the lesbian bartender in Calisoap “The OC”, says she’s a fan of the character – who originates from the pixels on a video-game monitor – and is looking forward to raiding tombs on the big screen.

Guessing this one might be officially announced at AFM…
